0d94dd7bf8 Pick up a few changes from Alchemy for LookAt beacons
Implements lines from avatar to their lookat beacons
Implements namesystem so that Display Names can also be shown with beacons instead of just legacy

New options are available in the Security & Privacy tab of System preferences

94b42e7a9b Speed up of particular inefficient part related to motions.
For these standard motions, the viewer likes to very frequently
flood-call startMotion/stopMotion sometimes, which at the very
least needs a LLUUID lookup in a std::map. In particular, this
is done for two of them for every avatar in the sim every frame.
This code makes it possible to test if that makes sense by
merely doing a bit test.

ffb285c6ff Huge renderer update (WIP). Still plenty to do, especially pertaining to UI.
-Nametag bubble visbility is oddly inconsistent. May vanish with future planned UI merges...
-VBOs are PAINFULLY slow on ATI hardware. This repos self-compiled davep/shining-fixes branch, so I'll leave the ball in LL's court for now regarding that.

c9860f7b66 Massive deferred update...
Plus renamed setupViewport to setup[2|3]DViewport.
Migrated mWindowRect to mWindowRectRaw, mVirtualWindowRect to mWindowRectScaled.
Slowly updating getwindow/getworldview calls to new v2 variants as I run across them.
Cleaned up ascent-related code in llmanip.cpp.
Impostor update tweaks.
Edgepatch water occlusion changes. (no patch flickering on edges of screen while moving camera)

3b0bfc40bc -LLCached[COA]Control can now be static const. Use for readonly access.
-const'd all readonly LLCached[COA]Controls to prevent altering by mistake.
-added get() accessor to LLCached[COA]Controls to return cached type explicitly without manual casts.
-added missing operators to LLCachedCOAControl
-Converted a few more settings to LLCached[COA]Control
-Fixed LLColor4U -> LLSD -> LLColor4 problems in LLCachedControl

Ascent functionality fixes:
-Tag coloring pulled out of getClientInfo(Redundant. idleUpdateNameTag already handled it)
--Tag and color substituted at render-time. Simple boolean logic. Neglible perf penalty.
-Fixed llinfos spam if AscentShowSelfTagColor = false
-Client tag updated less superfluously

fe9a3d2ba2 Converted frequently occuring setting lookups to LLCachedControl
Added LLObjectList::getAvatar(LLUUID) for type-safe and quicker lookup
Added F32 overload to LLSD because using F64 needlessly is silly.
   (And its lack of F32 overload caused issues with LLCachedControl<F32>)
