Updated/added documentation.
Removed AIThreadSafeWindowsHack that annoyed me (fix your compiler).
Don't use 'static' in anonymous namespace.
Use the AIThreadSafe*DC variants for default constructed objects,
as opposed to the AITHREADSAFE* macro's.
-Nametag bubble visbility is oddly inconsistent. May vanish with future planned UI merges...
-VBOs are PAINFULLY slow on ATI hardware. This repos self-compiled davep/shining-fixes branch, so I'll leave the ball in LL's court for now regarding that.
-Null terminated a string buffer.
-Mutex locks are expensive.
-Realloc is my friend.
-But leaks are not.
-Nor are unused variables.
-And buffer overruns should get lost.
