Removed two unnecessary states from AICurlEasyRequestStateMachine
Removed AICurlEasyRequestStateMachine_added and AICurlEasyRequestStateMachine_finished because the state machine is not taking any action there anyway, and those states might be skipped all together even, so they make no sense / shouldn't exist.
