Lirusaito 53c04b7299 Issue 220: Copy/paste params in the build tools like phoenix 
Adds mClipboardFlexiParams, mClipboardLightParams, mClipboardSculptParams, and mClipboardLightImageParams to LLPanelObject.
Corrects the tooltip on the the copy button.
