Modernizes parts of LLViewerKeyboard, updates llregistry.h Begins changeover from LLDynamicArray to std::vector Minor merge of newer, trivial SSA functions. Introduces LLAgent functions: addParcelChangedCallback and canJoinGroups Support for secondlife:///app/appearance SLapps. Cleans up older functions.
