a44d633bc8 Enabled post-processing features. Todo: Fix bloom 
Fixed avatar shadows on AMD (and any other sane GLSL compiler)
Fixed windows compile:
 -curl version was updated after running develop.py. Not sure if applicable to linux/darwin
 -new llqtwebkit version on windows, since the old url is now invalid.

d36f86f674 Moved the Logout/Login and Teleport screen options to Vanity for future use, set them to "enable" instead of "disable" (This will make more sense in the future). This update also has the changes in the settings for the update to follow it (Status tags)

ec55705bdd THE BIGGIE. 
Holy hell, this was an interesting one to implement. I wish I understood it better. Unfortunately I think this marks the end of trying to re-implement the Local Inventory for Temp and Local textures. It's just not feasible now that the entire inventory system has been whipped into a code shitstorm.

3d4fee4614 Adjustments to the minimap to actually implement the color marking system that the UI was boasting. 
Worth noting - Because this came at the same time as the VERY LARGE patch that follows this, I had to bundle its settings.xml option with it. Please be sure to add it if you happen to be patching just this file.

72c4c63b95 Adjustments to IMs - 
Got "Announce incoming IMs" working.
Group name can now be shown in the local chat notifications for IMs.
"IM Received" changes to "New IM" for length.
