Lirusaito	2c491bc905	Break out LLMakeOutfitDialog. ... Added "Make Outfit..." to Edit menu and Create->"New Outfit" to inventory floater menu. Cleaned up LLMakeOutfitDialog, using boost::bind and less waste. Moved onMakeOutfitCommit() to LLMakeOutfitDialog as makeOutfit() Also changes LLFloaterCustomize's callbacks to use boost::bind Give new outfit dialog a title instead of a heading. Small fix to mistake with AnnounceSnapshots xmlstuffs.	2012-12-29 19:24:17 -05:00
