bc64e3aa29 Don't display both username and display name if they're the same. 
This is issue especially on Aurora based grids.

0ad533d94d STORM-1870 and Have a space before old names in parentheses, like V3. 
Also small fixes, some spelling, some important; synchronize with upstream a bit..

That's quite a piece of work. I have NO idea how Jess can downplay the
effort that went into this.

And it's still not complete, local chat is not affected, perhaps group
chat too.
