Merge branch 'master' into meshupload

Conflicts:
	indra/cmake/00-Common.cmake

One diff added /MP to CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_DEBUG while
another removed /arch:SSE2 from the same line.

Fixed to honor both changes.
